Hello all,
When configuring Vrf using IOS, inter Vrf traffic can be configure on a single
device using static for example. But on NX-OS (nexus 5548), I find it hard to
allow traffic from the management Vrf going to the Default Vrf using static
routes. Is this possible? When the static route is configured, it will not be
seen in the management Vrf routing table, i believe this is due to the
Prerequisites of static routing in NX-OS
All my interface connecting to the network are in Default Vrf. Only the Mgmt
interface is in the Management Vrf. I want the management interface to be
reachable in the network and be used for sourcing Traffic like Ntp, Syslog,
Snmp e.t.c. but it is connecting to a peer Nexus 5548 switch for Peer
keep-alive traffic for vPC, I don't have a different management network. All
devices are managed In-Band.
