If you don't have a management network, you can connect each 5500 to the other 5500 and bridge the management network to inband. If you're using only 5500's, without FEX's, a GLC-T should do the trick. A FEX will work as well. I'm not sure if you intend on using DCNM, but you'll need to expose access to the mgmt0 for that product to fully work as well.
