OT:Tengig Ports not connected error

Hi Experts

I have one Core WS-C4510R-E with WS-X45-SUP6-E .Im geeting following error
once i reboot my Switch .A device can detect 10G ports but status remain down
even using no shut commands

I have TwinTenGig Converter installed on Core Switch

C4K_GLMMAN-3-X2PLUGGABLESEEPROMREADFAILED:
 Failed to read seeprom on port Te2/8. Reinsert X2 module or configure
GigabitEthernet port group if TwinGigConverter is installed.

Any suggestion help will be highly appreciated
