I imagine that no matter how trustworthy anybodys's input is here, i have experience that international laws change time to time. Not often. Sometimes. but when they do, its a change overnight. So whenever I go to places where i'm not covered by international treaty, I always visit/call embassy of destination state. This is extremely important, as you may learn some peculiarity that you really need to take care of before flight. And being nervous that you get turned out at the border (happened to me - that's why I do this), and blow your attempt, is just stupid considering how quick the phonecall is. Its shorter that writing this email at least. And embassy people are ok, as usually these are individuals that got it as reward/punishment for their governmental roles.
