CCIE Lab Exam at Hong Kong - Visa requirements

Hi Guys,

I have a R&S lab exam date booked for Nov 9 in Hong Kong.

I had couple of queries if anyone has experience in getting Chinese visa
for an Indian Citizen :-

1. Do i need Business Visa or tourist Visa?
2. Will it be on arrival visa or i have to submit my documents at embassy
location ( I am in new delhi).
3. Do i need a letter from Cisco for Visa Purposes?
4. Any other information you may want to share with me regarding this.
