3550 Question

3550 question.

I'm having a problem with my 3550 (second one with the same problem)

During POST ILP controller test fails and then the switch does not work.

In the log (pasted below) I see a warning at the bottom

!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!

Questions are:
1. what is ILP?
2. is this repairable?
