Hello guys,
Let me get this straight, as I'm confused a little bit :)
You need to have some kind of maintenance contract that will force Cisco to replace the Cisco 3550.
Real example. I bought mine on eBay. No contract, no warranty and so on.
Do I still have the chance to have it replaced by Cisco if something happens to it?
Thanks!
Calin
