CCIE Engineer moving from Silver to Premier

Hi guys,

It is not a technical question but I know the majority of people here work
for Cisco partners so I expect a right answer.

I'm a CCIE moved from *Silver* partner to a *PREMIER* partner. My question
can my new company make use of my profile towards its PREMIER partnership
renewal *without having to go back to my old employer*?

In other words, being a premier partner does this waive the ONE YEAR
restriction policy from Cisco for the gaining partner?
