I believe it depends on whether the Silver partner has replaced your role or not. If they are in a get well period, I don't believe your IE can be used for anything at another partner. But since the IE is only a pre-req for any specializations that the Premier partner may have or be interested in getting, I don't think the waiting period would be applicable. However, if your new company decides to pursue Silver, those restrictions would apply.
