I-AS simple testing

Hi,

I am doing a simple Inter-AS testing, but couldn't get it work. Topology is
as follows;

R3--[L2 Switch]--R6

R3 - BGP AS 1234
R6 - BGP AS 200

IPV4 (though this is no need) & VPNV4 ebgp is configured between R3 & R6 and
both peerings are up. But interface connecting to the switch is not getting
enabled with the command "mpls bgp forwarding".
My understanding is, it should come automatically once I configure VPNV4
eBGP adjacency between two ASBRs. is that wrong?

Now when I create a VPN in these two ASBRs, I can see routes are populated,
and vpnv4 labels are exchanged. But no reachability!!!
