Guys
Please consider the following scenario and advise me on what you would do in
this case:
R1 ----vlan 10----->SW1<-----vlan 20------>R2
R1 and R2 connect to the switch on different vlans however the topology
provided shows a Layer 3 SVI for vlans 20 and 10 along with ip addressing.
The problem is that I need to run OSPF between the two routers and the layer
3 SVIs are not configured in the intial configuration.
Logic would suggest that you run OSPF on the Switch however this would mean
configuring the SVIs on the Switch first.
Now it seems to me that I would be breaking the lab rules if I did this but
the topology provided contradicts this? Am I missing something obvious?
Thanks in advance
