What we found was that Jpref doesnt give accurrate values, e.g. for 10 M you
would only get 9.5M traffic recieved. So it isn't that accurate.

The ping of death (timeout 0) is a good method of generating traffic but you
dont know if any pings are dropping and you can't validate the quality of
the link. For example, for a 10M link, the ping could actually be generating
12M and 2M would be dropped somewhere but you wouldn't know.

I'm not sure what the best tool is for this. smartbits or xica would be too
expensive.
