Using the IP Phone Services SDK, you can redesign the directory button. If you wanted to make minor changes, you could change the XML files a bit. Assuming appliance based models of UC, > 5.x, you're looking at another server to run the modified XML pages. If you're on 4.x, you can do this directly on the server.
