SoftKey on cisco Phone

Hi All,

I have one question regarding the SoftKey on cisco Phone, when you press the
directories button on the Cisco phone weather the phone are on hock or off
hock

There are three softkey which display on LCD screen (SELECT-CLEAR-EXIT)

Is it possible to change the order of theses three options or add new option
on the directories button?
