QoS on 7609

Hi Group

I am implementing output policy on interface Gigabitethernet on
Supervisor720 engine

And got the result, priority command is not supported in output
direction for this interface, configuration failed.

Having googling around, some are saying that LLQ is not supported on
such interfaces.
Is that true ?
