Daniel's question centered around configuring output policy on a 7600.
While it is possible to mark and police using a policy map on the
supervisor of a 7600 chassis it is not able to assign priority or shape
taffic. The only way to achieve this is to install an appropriate
SIP/SPA module in the chassis.
