Hello,
To answer your question it depends on code, line cards, and supervisor
engine. If you are running later SRC/SRD code and sup720-3XLs you will find
qos command similar to ISR routers (2800s). If you look through the below
links you will see the changes as code and mods are changed:

Bottom line: Check on the code version, mods, and supervisor for which you
require qos as it is specific to the combination you have.
