OT-Cisco Video Surveillance Solution

Dear All,

I am preparing BOQ for Cisco Video surveillance .
We need 30 Cameras with recording of One week with 3 Viewers and and One admin .
I am little bit in confusion with Cisco Video Surveillance Media
Server software and Cisco Video Surveillance Operations Manager
Software .what is real difference between them .
It is necessary to use both on one server .
As I want cost-effective solution and only minimul requirement of software .

Anybody has experience with this .
