Hi to all CCIE candidates and Experts!

I would like to hear your opinion about this book as a start workbook for
CCIE Lab prep. Or maybe to go straight on IEWB vol 1?
To be honest with you, I really got confused with all these workbooks. Of
course I know what is IEWB, IPexpert and Narbik's workbooks, My friend gave
me Narbik's book "The gap from ccnp to ccie" so i would like to know if this
worth to begin with it and after that go on with some more advanced
workbooks!

Your opinion is VERY important to me.
