I am not familiar with the Narbik book you mention...but I know the answer
is going to 100% depend on your level right now.
If you are a "weak" CCNP, for example, starting with our InternetworkExpert
is NOT the way to go. You never want to try learning these technologies
through mere "practice labbing".
At this point, I believe, every vendor has foundational products that are
perfect for someone that needs training before practice labs begin.
