I was trying to configure the gatekeeper to limit the bandwidth between
interzone sessions for say 128 kbps... both zones where i wanted to limit
this are local.

I found the gatekeeper was letting more then one G711 calls between these
zones... below listed is the config on my Gatekeeper..

gatekeeper
zone local HQ-RTR voice.com 192.168.10.1
zone local RS1 voice.com
gw-type-prefix 1#* default-technology
bandwidth interzone zone RS1 128
no shutdown

It will be great if someone can suggest what I am missing here.
