Apply MQC in switchport

Dear expert,

I would to apply service-policy in switchport but it can't.

There's a rejected message: "Match input interface is not supported for this interface".

Should I apply it on interface vlan? But it also can't. Anyone can help? TIA.

And here is the config on C3560:

class-map match-all target
  match input-interface Vlan10
!
policy-map dscp_set
  class target
   set ip dscp cs7
!
int gi0/1
    service-policy out dscp_set
!
