Well, for me I play football 3 times a week to get my mind in shape. I
do eat a lot which helps the physical shape as well, but I remember
during those attempts at CCIE, what kept my mind and mental ability in
shape was playing football with my colleagues.

Actually when I study I try very hard to eat healthy, exercise and get
enough sleep. That really helps me. The unfortunate part is when we
start
writing work books. I normally put on weight when I write.
