I don't have a link for you but it's true. It was part of an announcement
last year or the year before as part of the CCIE program changes.

Hi Group,

I heard that if a CCIE open a TAC case, it will be automatically escalate
and bypass the first level support.
Can someone point me to the doc where stats this? I am just curious if this
is really the case. Thank you!
