Dynamips - cannot save vlan.dat

I am trying to use the switch module in the dynamips setup with a 3640
router.
However, I cannot get the vlan.dat to save between sessions. I notice when
the vlan.dat is created it says invalid checksum?
Then it is gone after rebooting Dyanmips?

Please Help!
