I think this is what you're looking for. BTW, this should be fixed in RC2,
which has not yet been released but hopefully will be soon, as it will
include some other good fixes as well...

Here is what I get, still no vlan.dat after reboot and I erased flash like
you said.

  SW1# (then try to create ur vlan)
