In this task 2 acl are required
one matching 224.0.0.0/5 the other matching 232.0.0.0/5

the solution shows this for 224.0.0.0/5:

ip access-list standard GROUP_224
 permit 224.0.0.0 7.255.255.255

and for 232.0.0.0/5
ip access-list standard GROUP_232
 permit 232.0.0.0 3.255.255.255
 permit 236.0.0.0 1.255.255.255
 permit 238.0.0.0 0.255.255.255

can someone explain this to me?
