3560 output rate-limiting

Hi guys,

Wanted to enforce outgoing traffic bandwidth on a 3560 interface but just
realized that 3560 do not allow for the command "service-policy output" and
there's no rate-limit command available on the switch.

Any idea how I can achieve this?
