area 100 needs to be stub no-summary on both
routers..with your config the neighbors should not
come up..stub-no-summary is TSA and stub is regular
stub

TSA=1,2 (inTRA)

Stub=1,2,3,4(inTRA & inTER)

NSSA=1,2,3,4,7(inTRA & inTER and external from
attached ASBR only)

TNSSA=1,2,7 (inTRA and external from attached ASBR
only)
