Hi Jens,
For configuring CBWFQ/LLQ on ethernet subinterfaces, you must use a
hierarchical policy, take a look at the following link:

it would be something like this...
policy-map CONGESTION_MANAGEMENT
class RTP
priority percent 10
class INTERACTIVE
