If you are getting the error
CBWFQ : Not supported on subinterfaces

Try nesting service policies

Create a service policy with only the class default class.
Apply a shaping value and nest your service policy on the class default
class's shaping queue.

Policy-map CONGESTION_MANAGEMENT
Class RTP
Priority percent 10
Class INTERACTIVE
Bandwidth percent 30

Policy-map SHAPE
Class class-default
Shape average 1000000
Service-policy CONGESTION_MANAGEMENT

Then apply the SHAPE policy map on the subinterface

Subject: CBWFQ on subinterfaces

Hi all,

A quick Q. I was trying to implement CBWFQ on a 3640 12.1 (something)
platform using fastethernet subinterfaces. I got an error message that
this was not supported.. Is this supported on later images on a 7206
platform.

Like this :

Policy-map CONGESTION_MANAGEMENT

 Class RTP

  Priority percent 10

 Class INTERACTIVE

 Bandwith percent 30

Interface g2/0

 No ip adddress

Interface g2/0.1

 Encapsulation dot1Q 100

 Service-policy output CONGESTION_MANAGEMENT
