Oh, this is the most fun part of all :))

PVST+ is carried in LLC SNAP, thus it has DSAP/SSAP=0xAA

So you need something like

"permit any any lsap 0xAAAA 0x0"

The trick is that many other protocols may use SNAP encapsulation
as well.. And I don't know a way for 3550 to extract OUI/Type from
SNAP subheader :)
