Hi,
I think if you change a VACL you have to first do a "no vlan filter <filter name> vlan" and the reapply the vlan filter to have the changes take affect.

Rebooted SW1 and SW2 , looks it working after reboot ... 3550 behaves like windows .. strange !!!!
