George,

No,Vlan10 will not show on sw2.

Since sw1 is in transparent mode, it will not share its vlan database info
with anyone, neither will it learn vlan information from anyone. If you have
some host(s) on vlan10 on sw2, you have to manually configure vlan10 on sw2
also.
