Friends,
All of the workbooks are very expensive to me. Which one is best for someone just starting out like me? I am trying to find examples to use. I only have three routers right now. Is this enough? 3 2501's and they each have 16/16 and a 12.3 version of IOS. Is this good enough? What is the Cisco website that I should use as my homepage?
I am not ready for the lab yet, but I just want to practice a little. I already schedule my lab for August, but I don't think I will be ready by then. I may like to take a class sometime if my company will pay for it.
I am using TCP/IP volume 1 second edition and I also have the Cisco Cookbook. I use some equipment from work to practice VLANs. I still have one of my CCNP books for this. Is this enough for switching?
