Kianseng,

Like all other layer two parameters, you should enable udld on the physical
interfaces before configuring etherchannel on them.

Since udld monitors the physical configuration of your cable; one do not
really see much of its application on a logical interface like the
etherchannel, so its configuration still belong to the physical interface.

 When udld detects a unidirectional link on one of the physical interfaces
that make up the etherchannel bundle, it simply takes it out of operation
and your logical etherchannel interface will still be up, but this time
without the services of one of its vital physical members.
