Typically, interface DLCI is used when you are only being provided one DLCI
from your provider in cases like the spoke of a hub and spoke config or a
point to point config.
To stop the extra DLCI's from showing up, you would need to configure the no
arp prior to enabling your interface. If you enable first, the arp process
has already populated the table.

I have trouble with knowing when to use Frame Relay map commands versus
