iBGP doesn't peer if the only route is 0.0.0.0 ?

univercd says eBGP doesn't peer if the only route to the loopback interface is the default route (0.0.0.0).

But I have trouble to do iBGP too.

If I add a static route, they peer immediately.

Any idea ?
