Hello Amir,
first of all you've a NM-HDV2 module and not a NM-HDV!
That's a big difference.
For that reason you have a maximum of 4 slots for PVDM2 cards
on this NM-HDV2 available.
According to your codec complexity you need PVDM2
cards, which according to your show diag output are not
found by the router.
For that reason I think you should talk to your reseller.
