Unable to perform password recovery..HELP!!

 Hi Group,

I just received a couple of routers (a 3620 & a 2611) I bought of of EBay to find out that both routers are password protected... The problem is I'm unable to perform a password recovery as this feature has been disabled on both routers.. (very nice of them to do that)..

Is there a way around it??
Your help will be most appreciated as I really need to start my lab training..
