As a side note there are some versions of the 3600's bootroms that do
not seem to support the workaround to the "service password-recovery"
command. When I ran into this I just removed the NVRAM chip from the
3620 in question and put it in a 2610 to do the recovery. Once the
recovery was done I moved the NVRAM chip back to the 3620.
