Dialer in-band is used if you need to pass commands to the actual "hardware"
in the DDR setup. This typically means chat-scripts for async modems. In
the ISDN world, you really have no need to do this.
The phone number would be the mandatory part. Whether delivered through the
dialer map or the dialer string shouldn't matter. Legacy DDR does things
like this at the physical level and does not use dialer profiles.
