Just out of curiosity did you try and lab this out.
When I enter the information without the port it will use:
radius-server host 1.2.3.4 auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813 key radius-key
"The officially assigned port number for RADIUS is 1812". Radius uses
UDP port 1812. This is documented in RFC 2138.
