the requirement...authorizing a port via radius.
the solution has : radius-server host 1.2.3.4 auth-port 1812 key radius-key

....what is the purpose of using port 1812? the requirements did not specify
to use this port so i'm wonding if i'm missing some subtle nuance of the
task.
