Sorry, and I apologise to the group for this addition to a non-technical discussion, but I've read this with dismay. From what I've read over the past few years, Scott has proben to be one of the busiest (I'm not sure how he gets any work done) subscribers to the list. His popularity has been proven by the amount of well-wishers here who want to share in his good news, and wish him, and his family all the best. It's probably the only way a lot of people can thank Scott, for his contributions, and sharing of his knowledge
Anyway, it's good to take a breather every now and again. I see this group as more than just a bunch of "nerds", head down, staring blankly into books, or router consoles. We're all struggling to achieve a goal, and when someone like Scott, gives us reason, (other than Cisco related) to feel cheeful, and happy for someone else, then where's the harm?
So, I would like, if I may, to add my congratulations to Scott as well! As a father of two, I know the excitement , and joy a new child wioll bring to his family! Well Done Scott, and well done to your wife!!!

I think this is a STRICTLY technical study group and I see less
congratulations when someone passes the CCIE.
