How about blocking outbound? So block outbound to the Internet server and
allow only the IP you want. Then on the server, only allow the specific user
access to the Internet server. Then to the Internet only allow the IP
address of the Internet server,

Subject: Control Access to Internet.

could help.

> We have this flat LAN connecting to a BackBone switch which connects to an
internet server. this internet server connects them to the internet. We want
only specific people to connect to the internet. on the internet server, we
assigned few IP addresses to be allowed to access the internet. Those IP
addresses are given to the proper people to connect to the internet.
However, if any of these IP addresses is disclosed, then anyone in the LAN
can use the IP address and connect to the internet. IP addresses are
assigned statistically.

issue. Also we are interested to do some accounting on the users accessing
the internet, like how long they connect and other things.
