If its a single area then most probably we dont need to add clns routing on
interface. But
if there are more than one areas L1/L2 router will be used to tell L1
routers that it has inter area Connection , via ATT=1. If we donot enable it
( I mean CLNS routing) L1 routers will have no way to know about this
default route. One option is to enable default information originate on
L1/L2 router in that case you dont need to execute clns router isis command.
