EIGRP topo - inaccessible

I am looking at my EIGRP table and see two route on R8 that are
inaccessible.

R8#sh ip ei top
P 150.4.8.0/24, 0 successors, FD is Inaccessible
         via 150.4.148.14 (307200/281600), Ethernet1
P 150.4.68.0/30, 0 successors, FD is Inaccessible
         via 150.4.148.14 (307200/281600), Ethernet1

These are both routes that are directly connected (thus have a better AD
than EIGRP?). R8 is receiving these from R14 which redistributed them from
OSPF on it's serial interface and sent it back to R8. Is this normal?

R8#si | i conn
Codes: C - connected, S - static, I - IGRP, R - RIP, M - mobile, B - BGP
C 150.4.148.0/24 is directly connected, Ethernet1
C 150.4.8.0/24 is directly connected, Loopback0
C 150.4.86.0/24 is directly connected, Ethernet0
C 150.4.68.0/30 is directly connected, Serial0
