OT : P.h.D. programs for CCIEs?

Has anyone else done any research on Universities that offer P.h.D. programs that do a couple of things:

- Understand what the CCIE is and could be partial to candidates that have their CCIE

- Have a good focus on networking/internetworking

- Perhaps even offer distance learning so relocation wouldn't be necessary.

I know this is way off topic, but I'm hoping to find someone that may have already gone done this track, I'm having trouble finding universities/collegs that understand the weight/accomplishment of the CCIE.
