Your route-map would set all the routes you learn from neighbor x.x.x.x to
metric 1000.

Route-map METRIC
Set metric 1000
neihgbor x.x.x.x route-map METRIC
Would this set all routes advertised to neihbor x.x.x.x to 1000??
